DREAM STRINGS

DREAM STRINGS

Dream Strings

Delicate, dreamy threads that each of us - all of us - weave together to become our reality. These are baby steps we take to make our dreams come true...sending the email query, printing the photographs we hope to exhibit, or breaking ground on a replica of a sharecropper shack in Clarksdale, MS.

The tapestry of our dream life is woven with Dream Strings.

Pumpkins

We pumpkin shopped on Saturday, and found the perfect one to carve (thank you, Lucy) and the perfect one not to carve (thank you, Trae) and the perfect one to give to Aunt Jan (thank you, AL). Aunt Jan has taken them "punkin huntin" since they could walk. She was out of town this weekend so we bought one for her this year.

We carved pumpkins on Sunday with the cousins. The weather was perfect. We built a fire outdoors in the firepit and grilled hamburgers.

We saved seeds to plant next spring.

It just doesn't get any better than that....
